This past monday I found an App on my Ipod touch. I’ve never looked at apps since I thought it was going to be a bunch games and other things I don’t want to get hooked on. This app is actually good for me. Its a daily calorie counter and exercise as well. I logged in a few things and had no idea how many calories something really is. I know its nothing new but this a whole new concept to me because ive never done it before. The app makes it easy to track everything I eat and all my work outs. So this Year for my birthday I decided to get myself healthier.
